The flowers here are beautiful, but unfortunately the service was terrible. I walked in, said hello, and no one responded. I asked if someone could help me get a bouquet that was placed too high for me to reach, and the woman simply told me the price without even getting up to help. When I went to pay, the other woman grabbed the flowers, scanned them, and tossed them on the counter. Despite all of this, I still said thank you and goodbye when I left, and again, no response. It’s a shame because the flowers are lovely, but the experience was very unpleasant. I’m sure there are other flower shops nearby with equally beautiful flowers and much better service.

As a wedding florist in Islamorada, we often make quick trips to Miami to get a few flowers we didn’t need to order by the box. Tropical Blooms is our go to place for flowers, greens and even orchid plants.

The company offers great prices, and the quality of the flowers is excellent. Customer service is fast and reliable. Even if you need something at the last minute, you can go there and find exactly what you need. Thank you !🌹🌹🌹

Good flowers and good pricing. Their customer service is SO POOR. They dont help you at all, wether you’re buying $50 or $500. Attitudes from the ladies and they take for ever to attend the customers. Not recommended, spend some more somewhere else and save yourself the headache and wasted time.

This place has good options of flowers but unfortunately the staff is SO rude that it makes it an absolute nightmare to shop here. The layout of the place is very chaotic you can barely walk around. There’s always one lady yelling at you to move out of her way. The flower options don’t make up for the fact that the experience and atmosphere is just awful. I braved it a few times but this final time when I went I was literally yelled at in my face. It’s appalling to think that with this attitude they expect you to spend money here. Horrible service. Sunshine Flowers is down the road and they are so kind. Much better experience over there.

Horrible customer service. The lady was rude and unfriendly. She didn’t offer any help, just looked pissed when I arrived. Okay I came 20 minutes before closing, but anyways left 200$ there. It took me a while to find some fresh flowers.. a lot of them were turning bad and looked not fresh at all. The place is small and inconvenient to walk around. Not recommended !!

Excellent staff, Very polite..very helpful Fresh flowers, great variety of flowers, affordable prices. Great quality.. Love this Supplier (love all mi flacas)…🇧🇷🇧🇷
